International Black Gardeners and Growers Day is a celebration of the legacy and current works of Black gardeners and growers. IBGD IS celebrated on the 3rd Saturday of April annual. We want to see Black gardeners and growers celebrate IBGD where every they grow.

About the event
International Black Gardeners and Growers Day is a day that celebrates and honors the legacy and furture of Black People and thier relationship with food production. This years celebration will be held at the Bmore Legacy Farm in the historic Upton Community in West Baltimore. This years theme is: " Pollinator Party." We want to see how we as a community can pollinate eachothers flowers of knowledge, wisdom, understanding, and love of the land. IBGD will be a celebration, but their will also be workshops, lectures, and art. Come out to join us to celebrate IBGD, but if you cannot make it please celebrate IBGD in your own local and growing area.
